Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition and packaging.
Opened or used underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, simply follow these steps:

Contact our customer service at contact@menrova.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number and the reason for your return.

We’ll review your request and provide return instructions if your item is eligible.

Ship the product back securely in its original condition and packaging.
Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping.

In all other cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

If the returned product does not meet our return conditions, no refund will be issued, and the item will not be sent back.
